Alicia Walker is a children’s author, wife, proud mother to her son, Theodore, and devoted cat mom to Earl Grey. Inspired by the joy, wonder, and imagination she experiences through motherhood, Alicia began writing stories to create magical adventures that children and their families can enjoy together.
The Teddybear Can series was inspired by Theodore and the special bond between children and their beloved teddy bears. Through Teddybear’s adventures, Alicia hopes to encourage imagination, laughter, courage, curiosity, and the belief that anything is possible.

When she’s not writing, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, cuddling with Earl Grey, and dreaming up new adventures for Teddybear and his friends.
